Help for Bertie is the second episode of the ninth season.
Plot[]
Bertie feels over worked, so asks Sir Topham Hatt to get some help. But however, Sir Topham Hatt sends a troublesome double decker bus Bulgy is rather rude and disgrace, threatens to steal their passengers from Duck, Oliver, and Bertie, and now, he wants his new help to go away.
